I Luv the 80s

My husband and I were 80's children, in other words we grew up in the 80's.  So for his 30th birthday party I decided to throw him a surprise 80's themed birthday party.  For more pictures please click HERE.

Sesame Street - Nowell

My kids used to be obsessed with Sesame Street.  They loved all things Elmo, Big Bird, Zoe, Cookie Monster, and Abby.  So when it came for their 2nd birthday party we did not have hard time deciding the theme.  For more pictures (and there are a lot) please click HERE.

Golf Bridal Shower - Pollack

In November I had a bridal shower for a bride that LOVES sports.  In particular, golf.  So I immediately thought a golf shower would suit her well.

Past Parties

So I have debated on how I should approach my party blog.  Should I post only pictures from my parties?  Should I post parties from others that I find inspirational?  Should I post inspirational boards?  Or should I post ideas that I get from items from a store?  Should I do crafting posts?  As you can see I have several questions.  I still haven't decided on all of it.  So for now I am going to be posting past parties that I have thrown over the years.  Please bear with me it will take a while.  However, in the mean time you can check me out on Facebook: click HERE.

Good Night Moon - Baby Shower

Before I became a pro I signed up to help throw a baby shower for two couples in our Sunday School class.  One set of parents are expecting a girl, while the other set is expecting a boy.  So, since I knew I wasn't going to get paid for this I decided to do an adorable shower on a tight budget.  There are SEVERAL free printables out there on the internet.  One of my favorite sites is Hostess with the Mostess.  She had done a Good Night Moon baby shower back in the fall of 2011 and has free printables from the party. So big party tip number one...if you are willing to put in some time in cutting, look on the internet for printables.
